Ducklington & Hardwick Village Hall is ready to welcome everything from lively exercise classes and craft groups to board meetings, small workshops, and special events.
Flexible spaces
With flexible spaces to suit your needs — whether you’re expecting 100 guests in our Main Hall or a more intimate group of 20 in our Lilac Room, we’re here to help make your event a success.
Fully equipped kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (crockery, cutlery, work surfaces) is available for use during your booking, as well as tables and chairs.
Free Wi-fi
We have free wi-fi throughout the building courtesy of the Gigaclear Community Hub Scheme.
Accessibility
The Village Hall is accessed via a ramped path. The toilet facilities, including accessible and baby changing amenities, are located on the ground floor.
Please note that the Lilac Room is on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs. There are no toilet facilities on the first floor.
Free parking
There is a small amount of parking along the driveway to the Village Hall, which is ideal for loading and unloading; however, we recommend using the large Parish Council car park located adjacent to the school on Aston Road.
The Main Hall
With a maximum capacity of 100 people, the Main Hall is an ideal location for exercise classes, craft groups, village events, and more.

The Lilac Room
With space for up to 20 people, the Lilac Room is perfect for small meetings and gatherings. Please note that the Lilac Room is on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs. There are no toilet facilities on the first floor.
Bookable for £10 per hour
Large Kitchen
In addition, we have a large, fully equipped kitchen available with plenty of worktop space. There is a commercial dishwasher, hot water urn, microwave, range style cooker, fridge and freezer.
Crockery and cutlery can also be hired when booking the Main Hall or Lilac Room.

Free Wi-fi
We have free wi-fi throughout the building courtesy of the Gigaclear Community Hub Scheme. This scheme provides free ultrafast full-fibre broadband to key community buildings such as village halls.
